STEP 01
Understanding
We start by listening. What is on the property, what has to leave, what has to stay, how tight the access is and when you need it clear. On anything structural we walk the site first.

Bin & Dumpster Rentals
A bin dropped where you want it, swapped when it is full and gone when you are finished — with the option of a crew to fill it for you.
Some jobs do not need a crew, they need a container and a week. We deliver bins to residential driveways, commercial yards and active job sites across Bakersfield and Kern County, then swap or collect them on your schedule rather than on a fixed rental cycle.
What makes our bins different from a pure rental company is that we are also the labor. If a self-load turns out to be more than you bargained for halfway through — and hot tubs, concrete and wet green waste usually are — the same company can put people on it and finish the load.
Access is the thing to tell us about up front: a narrow driveway, a low branch, a gated community or a sloped approach all change which bin and which trailer we send.
Bin plus crewSwitch to a loaded service mid-job
Renting a bin and hiring a cleanout crew are normally two suppliers with two invoices and two schedules to line up. Here they are one. Start as a self-load to keep the cost down and switch to a loaded service the moment the job outgrows you.
For contractors, that means bins arriving and leaving in step with the phase you are on, and a crew available for the loads your own people should not be spending an afternoon on.
How we work
We like to be thorough and, at the same time, keep it simple for you. It is what lets us manage expectations on both sides and head off the misunderstandings that turn a straightforward job into an argument.
STEP 01
We start by listening. What is on the property, what has to leave, what has to stay, how tight the access is and when you need it clear. On anything structural we walk the site first.
STEP 02
You get a written quote before anybody lifts anything. It accounts for labor, equipment, location, the estimated volume, recycling, disposal and donation fees, and fuel — so the number you approve is the number you pay.
STEP 03
Approve the quote and we lock in a date and a time window, and agree an on-site point of contact so there is one person who can answer a question while the crew is working.
STEP 04
The crew meets your point of contact, runs a quick walk-through against the scope, then loads out and hauls away. At your discretion we finish with a close-out audit so you can confirm the job is done as agreed.
Questions
Which bin we send depends on what you are loading and where it has to sit, so tell us the job and the access when you call and we will match it. Heavy material like concrete and soil fills a small bin long before it looks full, which is exactly the mistake a size chart encourages.
We work to your schedule rather than a fixed rental cycle. Tell us roughly how long you need it and we will collect or swap it when you are ready, seven days a week.
Household junk, construction and demolition debris, green waste, roofing tear-off, concrete and inert loads. Some of those have to be kept separate to avoid a mixed-load charge, and we will tell you which when we drop it. Hazardous materials need a conversation first.
Then we finish it. Because we are also the labor crew, you can start as a self-load and switch to a loaded service partway through. Hot tubs, concrete and wet green waste are the three that most often defeat a self-load.
01
If we can fit it in our trucks, we can almost certainly haul it away — and if it is going somewhere rather than away, we will take it there instead.

One item on the curb or a four-bedroom house packed to the ceiling. We load it, we haul it, and we leave the space broom-clean.

An efficient, safe and eco-responsible approach to junk, debris and waste — sorted, recycled or donated where it can be, and documented either way.
Explore waste disposalTell us what is on the property and when it has to be gone. We will walk it, scope it and put a written number in front of you.
