STEP 01
Understanding
We start by listening. What is on the property, what has to leave, what has to stay, how tight the access is and when you need it clear. On anything structural we walk the site first.

Demolition Services
Interior strip-outs, complete teardowns, pools, patios, fences and concrete — taken down cleanly, hauled off, and the pad left ready for what comes next.
ACH Services is a full-service junk removal, demolition and transportation contractor with a working focus on demolition, home renovations and bathroom and kitchen remodels. We take care of everything from a complete tear-down through to the remodel that follows it.
That combination is the reason to call us rather than a dedicated demolition outfit. On most jobs demolition is not the point — it is the thing standing between you and a finished kitchen, a listable property or a clear pad. We can carry the work all the way through instead of handing you back a pile of debris and an empty lot.
Small jobs get the same attention as the large ones. A single bathroom strip-out is walked, scoped and quoted the same way a commercial teardown is.
Interior demolitionContained, dust-controlled, room by room
Interior demolition means taking out the finishes and the building components — walls, flooring, electrical wiring and plumbing — without touching what stays. Most of ours are the first phase of a home renovation, and the house is usually still occupied or about to be.
Bathrooms mean large fixtures: tubs, toilets and sink vanities out without cracking a slab. Kitchens mean dishwashers, large sinks, cabinet runs, counter tops and appliances. Both mean containment, dust control and a protected route to the truck.
Walk-through firstScope agreed before the first cut
Before any demolition we walk the property and go over the scope for the subject site with you. What is coming down, what is staying up, where the utilities run, how the debris gets out and where the trucks can sit.
We would rather gain a thorough understanding up front than discover it halfway through a wall. It is what lets us operate efficiently, and it is why you can be confident you hired the right demolition contractor for the job.
How we work
We like to be thorough and, at the same time, keep it simple for you. It is what lets us manage expectations on both sides and head off the misunderstandings that turn a straightforward job into an argument.
STEP 01
We start by listening. What is on the property, what has to leave, what has to stay, how tight the access is and when you need it clear. On anything structural we walk the site first.
STEP 02
You get a written quote before anybody lifts anything. It accounts for labor, equipment, location, the estimated volume, recycling, disposal and donation fees, and fuel — so the number you approve is the number you pay.
STEP 03
Approve the quote and we lock in a date and a time window, and agree an on-site point of contact so there is one person who can answer a question while the crew is working.
STEP 04
The crew meets your point of contact, runs a quick walk-through against the scope, then loads out and hauls away. At your discretion we finish with a close-out audit so you can confirm the job is done as agreed.
Questions
Most structural demolition does, and utilities normally have to be disconnected and signed off before anything comes down. Interior strip-outs are often a different matter. Tell us what you are taking down and we will walk you through what your particular job needs before we quote it.
Yes. Selective and interior demolition is most of what we do: taking out walls, flooring, wiring and plumbing while the structure and everything you are keeping stays untouched, with containment and dust control between the two.
A single bathroom strip-out is usually a day. A full structure depends on size, access, what it is built from and how far the debris has to travel to get to a truck. We give you a duration with the quote, after the walk-through, not before it.
We haul it and dispose of it, which is the whole point of using a contractor who also owns the trucks. It is sorted as it is loaded so concrete, metal and green waste go where they should, and those fees are already in your quote.

03
If we can fit it in our trucks, we can almost certainly haul it away — and if it is going somewhere rather than away, we will take it there instead.
