This policy covers Aftermath Cleanup & Hauling (“ACH Services”, “we”, “us”) and this website. It was last updated on 2026-09-14.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the job address or city, the service you are asking about, the property type, your timing, and whatever you write in the description. If you tick the SMS box we also record that consent.

Our host records standard technical information with every request — an IP address, the time, and the page requested — which is used for security and rate limiting.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A quote request is used to prepare and send a quote and to arrange a site visit. A message is used to reply to the message. We keep submissions so that a job can be traced back to what was originally asked for.

SMS messages

The SMS box is optional and unticked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase and declining it does not affect your quote. If you do tick it, we may text you about your quote request, scheduling, reminders and follow-up about the services you asked about.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling or emailing you about a job you asked us to quote.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your contact information.
• We do not share it with anyone who is not working on your job.
• We do not send marketing to people who only asked for a quote.

Who else sees it

Your submission is handled by the service providers that run this website, its form handling, its email delivery and, if you consented, its text messaging. They process it on our instructions in order to deliver it to us, and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you and to keep an accurate record of work quoted and carried out. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to retain a record.

Your choices

Write to Eric@ACHServices.US or call (661) 518-4002 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw SMS consent.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of it.
